Hazards=The Limestone Link is a convert|36|mi|km|0|lk=on long-distance footpath from theMendip Hills inSomerset toCold Aston in theCotswolds inGloucestershire . It is marked by anAmmonite waymarker.The Mendip section starts between Churchill and
Rowberrow , nearDolebury Warren and passes, roughly west to east, above the villages ofBlagdon andCompton Martin close to the northern boundary of the MendipArea of Outstanding Natural Beauty and passes throughWest Harptree . It then passes throughTemple Cloud ,Hallatrow andDurcott before turning north throughDunkerton andSouthstoke south of Bath.The path then follows Cam Brook to
Midford and then alongMidford Brook before joining theAvon Walkway at theDundas Aqueduct going north alongside the River Avon and theKennet and Avon Canal past Claverton and theClaverton Pumping Station toBathampton where it crosses the A4 and goes throughBatheaston and then following a small river through Northend and St Catherine. The final part of the path goes past Monkswood reservoir and alongside St Catherines Brook to Cold Ashton.It connects with the
Mendip Way , and theCotswold Way .External links
