"Well Well Well" is a song from the album "John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band" by John Lennon with backing from the Plastic Ono Band featuring Ringo Starr on drums and Klaus Voorman on bass. The song is arguably the loudest and heaviest song on the album, and is the second of two songs on this album, along with "I Found Out", to feature distortion. It is also the second song on this album, along with "Mother", to feature screaming.
The song narrates various situations with his "loved one", presumably Yoko Ono, with whom he discusses themes of revolution, liberalism, women's liberation, and guilt.
The band Cold War Kids recorded a cover of this song. The song was featured in Martin Scorsese's 2006 film, "The Departed".
