Galen Kord

In the fictional Transformers (comic) universe, Galen Kord was the political leader on the world of Nebulos when the Transformers made first contact with the planet. After initial misunderstandings he formed an alliance with the Autobots who were led by Fortress Maximus. Soon after his political rival Lord Zarak was able to arrange his arrest and imprisonment. When Galen arrived on Earth he made Cerebos and expanded the size of Fortress Maximus to make him more combat ready. On earth he encountered Spike, whom he treated harshly at first. He dies in combat after being crushed, with his dying words he passes on the responsibilty of being Fortress Maximus' head to Spike.
