October 23 ,1970 ) is an Irishrugby player and Olympic shot-putter [cite web|title=Irish Olympic Throwers|url=http://homepage.eircom.net/~irishthrowersclub/Irish%20Olympians.html] . Playing senior rugby throughout the 1990s until his retirement in 2005, his rugby career with Leinster and Ireland straddled the amateur and professional eras. As he became something of a legend among Leinster rugby fans towards the end, he was immortalised in the supporters chant "We've got Vic Costello, you've got phuc-all-ee-oh!" sung to the tune of "La donna e mobile" from Rigoletto (see external links).His sister Suzanne is an Irish international hockey player, sprinter and is director of the
