Graham Mountain is a mountain located in Ulster County, New York. The mountain is part of the Catskill Mountains.Graham Mountain is flanked to the southeast by Doubletop Mountain, and to the west by Balsam Lake Mountain.

Graham Mountain stands within the watershed of the East Branch of the Delaware River, which drains into Delaware Bay. The northeastern slopes of Graham Mtn. drain into Dry Brook, thence into the East Branch of the Delaware River. The southeast side of Graham Mtn. drains into the headwaters of Beaver Kill, thence into the Delaware's East Branch. The southwest side of Graham Mtn. drains into Gulf of Mexico Brook, thence into Beaver Kill.

Graham Mountain is within of New York's Catskill State Park.
