The Elkhorn Wildlife Area is a 35.102
km² (13.553mi² , 8,674acre )wildlife management area located near North Powder,Oregon ,United States . migrating elk anddeer during the winter months. Ownership of the land falls principally to theOregon Department of Fish and Wildlife with 26.57 km² (10.26 mi²), almost 76%.
