Edmond Castle

Edmond Castle is a nineteenth century structure north of the village of Hayton, Cumbria in England. [ [http://www.visitcumbria.com/car/edmondcastle.htm Edmond Castle, Hayton, Cumbria] ] The history of Edmond castle is intertwined with the Graham family. [ [http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/nra/searches/subjectView.asp?ID=F11190 National Archives: Graham Castle] ] The local area is rich with early history of the Romans in Britannia, as witnessed by the proximity of Hadrian's Wall a few kilometres to the north.
