Ingleburn railway station is a railway station in the south-western suburbs of Sydney and is situated on the Main South Line. It is served by CityRail trains of the South, Cumberland and East Hills lines.cite web| work=CityRail | title=CityRail Timetables | url=http://www.cityrail.info/timetable/index.jsp| accessdaymonth=22 April | accessyear=2007] There are two platforms: platform 1 having 'up' services heading towards the city or Blacktown, and platform 2 having 'down' services heading towards Campbelltown, and Macarthur. When originally built it was named Macquarie Fields however was renamed when a new Macquarie Fields Station was built further towards Sydney. Ingleburn was a popular spa resort in the late 1800s and the station provided direct services to Sydney and South. Platforms/Services

Ingleburn station is served by four trains per hour (not evenly spaced), with two each on the South and East Hills lines. Additional train services are available during the peak hours as well as services on the Cumberland line.

Platform 1:
*South line colour>South Line - all stations and limited stops services to Granville, Lidcombe, Central and the City Circle (clockwise).
*Cumberland line colour>Cumberland Line - all stations services to Blacktown.
*East Hills line colour>Airport & East Hills Line - all stations and limited stops services to Central and the City Circle (anticlockwise) via Airport or Sydenham.

Platform 2:
*South line colour>South Line - all stations services to Campbelltown.
*Cumberland line colour>Cumberland Line - all stations services to Campbelltown.
*East Hills line colour>Airport & East Hills Line - all stations services to Campbelltown and Macarthur.

Transport Links

Interline Buses runs three routes to and from Ingleburn railway station:
*870 - Between Macarthur Square and Glenfield.
*873 - to Macquarie Fields station.
*875 - to Ingleburn Industrial Area.
NightRide runs one route via Ingleburn railway station:
