JW Wilson is the Executive Director of The Advanced Learning Institute, an organization which researches, develops and implements scientific-based learning programs and technologies. Wilson is also the author of the soon-to-be-published book Cracking the Learning Code, the culmination of over 20 years of scientific research into how to accelerate the speed of learning and enhance its effectiveness.

The Institute has made a profound discovery: there is a special code in your DNA called your Learning Code. This code must be switched “on” before you can efficiently create long-term memories, or lasting behavioral change. Unfortunately, the reason we experience such high levels of learning failure in our scholastic and corporate institutions is that our existing educational methods fail to effectively turn on this Learning Code.
