What's the 411? Remix is a spin-off remix album by Grammy-winning American R&B/soul singer Mary J. Blige from MCA/Uptown Records on December 7, 1993. The album had peaked at #118 on the Billboard 200 in the week of January 14, 1994. It was a hit on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart landing at #1 for a period of eight weeks.

The remix album features the original tracks taken from Mary J. Blige's debut album, "What's the 411?" (released the previous year, 1992): "You Remind Me", "Real Love", and "Reminisce", and the album features the singles that cracked the Billboard Hot 100: "Love No Limit", "You Don't Have to Worry", a cover version of Chaka Khan's hit, "Sweet Thing", "What's the 411?" (featuring Notorious B.I.G.), and "I Don't Want to Do Anything" (featuring K-Ci Hailey of Jodeci).

Guest stars included on the album was: K-Ci Hailey, The Notorious B.I.G., Ron G., Kid Capri, Craig Mack, Greg Nice (of Nice and Smooth).

The album was produced by Sean 'Puffy' Combs, Mark Morales ("Prince Markie Dee", a member from The Fat Boys), Andre Harrell, Mark C. Rooney, Tim "Buttnaked" Dog and Dave Hall, including a few songs co-produced by Mary J. Blige herself.

This album deeply and mostly includes hidden songs and centers on Blige's hip hop soul flavored-album, during the early-mid 1995, Blige had recorded a hip-hop interpretation of R&B singers Marvin and Tammi's #1 hit, You're All I Need to Get By with rapper Method Man, "You're All I Need to Get By/I'll Be There for You", which became a #1 hit, resulting in Mary J. Blige's two Grammy Award nominations at the 38th Grammy Awards, winning her first Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, and being nominated for Best R&B Album ("My Life"), losing to TLC's "CrazySexyCool".
