Prepenetrative orgasm is the phenomenon whereby a woman reaches orgasm without having her vaginal plane penetrated by any foreign object. It usually involves a considerable amount of work on the part of her partner, who may have resorted to seductive lying, caressing, sweet talk, dirty talk and, in some cases, consensual violence.
