His first movie role was as the young version of Bruce Willis's character Jimmy 'The Tulip' Tudeski in the 2004 film The Whole Ten Yards. In the fall of 2003 Chris became a regular on the daytime TV show Days of our Lives portraying Will Roberts. For that role he was nominated for the 2003 Young Artist Award in the category of "Best Younger Actor".
Career
In June 2005, the producers of Days of our Lives announced the character of Will was to be sent away to camp, then aged. They abruptly changed their minds, and Gerse stayed in the role on a recurring basis. That long run on Days of our Lives comes to an end November 16, 2007, this time for good.
