2005 European Figure Skating Championships
- 2005 European Figure Skating Championships
The 2005 European Figure Skating Championships were the European Figure Skating Championships for the 2004/2005 figure skating season. Senior-level skaters competed for the title of European Champion in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
The 2005 Championships were held at the Palavela in Torino, Italy from January 25th through 30th. The event was open to skaters belonging to a European member nation of the International Skating Union. The corresponding competition for non-European skaters was the 2005 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships. This was the official site-testing competition, or test event, for the 2006 Winter Olympics, which would be held in that arena.
The compulsory dance was the Golden Waltz.
