Vulturaria (titular see)

Vulturaria (Italian Vulturara) is a Catholic titular see[1]. The diocese of Volturara, in Apulia, existed from the eleventh century to 1818[2]. It was united to the diocese of Montecorvino in 1433. In 1818 the diocese was suppressed, after it was combined with the diocese of Lucera.
