Montecorvino is a Catholic titular see. The diocese of Montecorvino, with see at present-day Motta Montecorvino in Italy, existed from 1059 to 1433. It was then combined into the diocese of Vulturaria and Montecorvino; in fact the diocese had been abandoned earlier, in the twelfth century[1].
