Adam Bielan

Adam Jerzy Bielan (born on 12 September 1974 in Gdańsk, Poland) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the MP & SW with the Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc, Treasurer of the Union for a Europe of Nations and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Development.

Bielan is a substitute for the Committee on Transport and Tourism, a member of the Delegation for relations with Mercosur and a substitute for the Delegation to the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly.

The Polish media frequently call Bielan a spin doctor, who together with another MEP Michał Kamiński was behind the successful presidential campaign of Lech Kaczyński in the 2005 presidential elections. Since 16 January 2007 Vice President of the European Parliament, recommended by the Union for a Europe of Nations.
