Camelback Campus is the main campus for Scottsdale Culinary Institute and is housed in a former country club overlooking the Camelback Mountain. Camelback Campus houses administrative offices, numerous classrooms and kitchens, the main library and L’Ecole, a student-run 100-seat restaurant. L’Ecole serves as an operations classroom and instructional laboratories for our students of Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
The SkyBridge facility is an expansion of the Camelback Main Campus. It is located in Old Town
Scottsdale, Arizona , minutes away from the main campus. The facilities at SkyBridge Campus include:

Silvana Salcido Esparza is the chef/owner of Barrio Café, in Phoenix, AZ and graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute. She has received the Best of Phoenix Award ’03 and was inducted into the
Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame as Chef Extraordinaire 2004. Scottsdale Culinary Institute’s Executive Chef Jon-Paul Hutchins has been nominated for the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame. Winners will be announced at the April 2008 ceremony. Hutchins’ nomination is under the category “Culinary Ambassador” for promoting tourism, hotels and resorts, and locations within Arizona. Beginning as an instructor in 1992, Hutchins has grown with SCI, to become Executive Chef.
