MuleSource

MuleSource is a provider of open source service oriented architecture (SOA) infrastructure software, founded by Ross Mason, the creator of the Mule project - an open source enterprise service bus (ESB) and integration platform - and Dave Rosenberg.[1]. MuleSource provides open source SOA solutions and its core business is selling subscriptions for its open source infrastructure software.

Founded in 2006 and backed by investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Morgenthaler Ventures, MuleSource is headquartered in San Francisco with offices worldwide.

In September 2009 MuleSource officially changed their name to MuleSoft.
