Rafael Martín Vázquez (born September 25, 1965 in Madrid) was a Spanish football midfielder.

Rafael joined the youth teams of Real Madrid in 1980. He made his debut in the first team in 1983 and grew famous as a part of the "Quinta del Buitre".

Martín Vázquez stayed in Madrid until the 1990 season, when he went to Italy to play for Torino. In 1992 he played briefly in France for Olympique Marseille, before returning to Real Madrid. His second stint at the club lasted until 1995.

From 1995 to 1997 he played his football for Deportivo La Coruña. In 1998 he followed fellow Quinta members Míchel and Emilio Butragueño to Atlético Celaya in Mexico. That same year he also played briefly in the 2nd Bundesliga for Karlsruher SC, before retiring.

Martín Vázquez enjoyed most of his success in the 1980s with Real Madrid where he won six La Liga titles, two UEFA Cups and two Copa del Rey. He played 38 times for Spain, including Euro 88 and the 1990 FIFA World Cup.

Currently Martín Vázquez is employed as a youth coach at Real Madrid.
