Robert Harper (born May 19, 1951) is an American actor. He is perhaps most well known for his role as Sharkey in "Once Upon a Time in America". He has also portrayed Charlie Gereson in "Creepshow" and Bubba 'Si' Weisberger in the CBS sitcom "Frank's Place". Other film credits include "Wiseguy", "Final Analysis", "The Insider", "Deconstructing Harry", and "Molly".
