Notes

*This was Steve Backley's fourth skate-off, beating the record for most appearances in this part of the show. The previous holders were Series 1 runner-up, Stefan Booth, and Series 2 , Kay Burley, who both took part in three.

*There was an argument between judges Karen Barber, Nicky Slater and Jason Gardiner over the marks given in Suzanne & Matt's routine. Karen had demanded to know why Nicky only scored it a 4.0, he responded by saying there was little skating content at all, to which Jason joined in by saying Nicky was missing the point of the show. Presenter Holly Willoughby eventually intervened but Nicky and Jason continued their spat during the ad break.

*Jason Gardiner also said that if Greg Rusedski made it to the final of the show after scoring a 2.5 for his routine, he would quit the show.

Bolero skate-off:After the first two performances, the couple with the fewest public votes was eliminated, this was Zaraah & Fred.

Chris & Frankie and Suzanne & Matt then performed their version of the Bolero, during which a second public vote took place and at the close of the show, host Phillip Schofield announced Suzanne & Matt as the winners.
