Sally Schoch is an artist and painter living in Wilmette, Illinois.

Background

Schoch was born in Joliet, Illinois and studied at School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in drawing and painting in 1962. She worked as a commercial artist for a short time. After she married she focused on weaving and later began painting. Types of Paintings

Schoch specializes in abstract flower and portrait paintings and has been painting in oils for more than 40 years. Commissions and Shows

Institutions in Chicago and elsewhere, including Marshall Field's, Bank of America, the Chubb Corp., and the American Meat Export Association have commissioned works from Schoch. Her works have been exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago, Marshall Field's and at other locations in northern Illinois and southwestern Michigan.
