Mount Boč

Mount Boč

A park and popular hiking area in the Slovenska Bistrica municipality. The height of the peak stands at 978 meters and has lookup tower on the top. It is home to a number of trails that very in difficulty level as well as home to a rare flower called, pasque flower (Pulsatilla grandis) that is a protected flower wildflower for the area.[1]

Locals within view of the mountain will observe whether the peak has cloud cover or not as a gauge for the weather that particular day.
