Mapleview Heights Elementary School is a Canadian school in Barrie, Ontario operated by Simcoe County District School Board. The school's mascot is the husky. History
Mapleview Heights opened to the public in September 2001 with 191 students. The school slowly grew and now has reached 880 students. It's school population peaked in 2009 at 980 students. The school population is currently in decline and sits at 840 students in 2010/2011.
Year Books
Every year, the huskies find a new yearbook cover and name. The 2007-2008 school year name is Our Time To Shine. Yearbooks start to go on sale for $20.00 in December, and once again in April, they finally go home the month of June.
