Hounslow railway station is in the London Borough of Hounslow, in west London, and is in Travelcard Zone 5. The station and all trains serving it are operated by South West Trains.

Hounslow is the suggested terminus of a scheme proposed by Hounslow Council to run Crossrail trains onto the Hounslow Loop Line via South Acton. Reversing sidings would be constructed to the west of the station, boosting train turnaround times. Services

The typical off-peak service from the station is six trains per hour to London Waterloo, four via Brentford and two via Richmond, and two trains per hour to Weybridge.
