ABC transporter transmembrane domain is main transmembrane structural unit of ATP-binding cassette transporter which consist of six transmembrane domaines. Many members of the ABC transporter family (Pfam|PF00005) have two such regions.cite journal |author=Kerr ID |title=Structure and association of ATP-binding cassette transporter nucleotide-binding domains |journal=Biochim.
