Lithium is a village located in Perry County, Missouri. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 0. An Associated Press [http://64.146.17.242/stories/032801/sta_0328010020.asp article from 2001] , however, states that about 50 people in fact reside there, but may have been counted as part of Perry County's rural population.

Lithium had a ZIP Code of 63775, but it has since been declared by the United States Postal Service to be "Not Acceptable - Use Perryville."
