Conwood

The Conwood Sales Co., LLC is a division of Reynolds American, a major tobacco company. Conwood was acquired by Reynolds American in mid-2006 for $3.5 billion in cash. Conwood makes the Grizzly and Kodiak brands of moist tobacco and is the second largest manufacturer of smokeless tobacco products in the US. Conwood also makes loose-leaf tbacco (including Morgan's, Levi Garrett, and Taylor's Pride brands), snuff (Garrett, Dental, and Tube Rose brands), and an assortment of other smokeless tobacco products (including twist, moist, and plug).

CigarsEtc.com (TM), a division of Channel Specialists Inc. was established in 1996 and has been offering a wide range of branded cigars and humidors through its online presence at http://www.cigarsetc.com since inception. The company has differentiated itself through providing customers very broad product options across hundreds of popular brands at near wholesale prices combined with personal customer service not typcially available through wholesale outlets. The company recently introduced its own exclusive brand of cigars, Swart Reserve Collection, manufactured specifically for CSI, Inc. in Costa Rico. The new collection comes from the finest Silvio Perez specially selected long filler leaf tobacco, high quality Nicaraguan binders and premium quality habano-seed Maduro wrapper.
