Graeme Robert McDougall (born
21 November 1946 ),Australia n politician, is the formerLiberal Party of Australia member of the House of Representatives for the electorate of Griffith inQueensland from2 March 1996 to13 October 1998 .Born in
New South Wales , McDougall was a small businessman and alderman for theBrisbane City Council .
