Heraklio station

The Heraklio station (Greek: Σταθμός "Stathmos Irakliou") is an ISAP train station in Irakleio, Attica, Greece several kilometres north of Athens. It is marked at the 19,246 km from the starting point in Piraeus. It was also a train station that served from Lavriou Square and Strofyli ran by the Attica Railways, it was spotted at km 9.2 from Lavriou Square. The station is named after the city of Heraklio. The station closed in 1957. In the same spot, the present ISAP station was opened in March 4, 1957 and uses the same name. It was the northernmost terminus of ISAP until March 4, 1957. The station was renovated in 2003. It features two platforms.
