Basu Higher Secondary School is a leading public school in Bhaktapur. It was established with primary level classes in 2019 BS (1962 CE). The first batch of students appeared SLC in 2044 BS (1987 CE) with merely six students. In 2063 SLC (2006 CE), a contingent of 244 students appeared in SLC examinations from this school. We have a track record of over 80% pass in SLC for last several years.
From the academic year 2061 (2004 CE), the school has started 10+2 programs in Science, Management streams and added Humanities stream since 2062. There are 455 students in class 11 and 12 and 1505 students from class nursery to class 10 in the academic year 2064.
