Paul Chua (born Singapore September 2, 1941) is an internationally renowned bodybuilding official. Having worked his way up as a smalltime unionist and secretary of an insignificant badminton club in Singapore, Chua used his political skills to worm his way up to the highest echelons of the IFBB.

In 2007, serious allegations of fraud and contest fixing for profit has been made against Chua by various parties in particular the website, www.arrestpaulchua.com

Allegations of criminal misappropriation of funds due to bodybuilders under his charge, in particular Azman Abdullah and Jojo Sinclair emerged in the nineties, culminating in a civil suit filed by the two bodybuilders against Paul Chua in the Singapore Supreme Court. This suit was eventually settled out of court by Chua and the case was withdrawn.
