census GR|2 of 2000, there were 90 people, 42 households, and 19 families residing in the city. Thepopulation density was 649.0 people per square mile (248.2/km²). There were 43 housing units at an average density of 310.1/sq mi (118.6/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White.There were 42 households out of which 23.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.2% were married couples living together, and 52.4% were non-families. 47.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 26.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.14 and the average family size was 3.20.
In the city the population was spread out with 27.8% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 31.1% from 25 to 44, 14.4% from 45 to 64, and 21.1% who were 65 years of age or older. Lake Henry is also well known for its amateur baseball team, the Lakers. Although a small town, the Lakers often draw hundreds of fans to their games and Laker pride is evident throughout the local community.
