Robin Hill

Robin Hill is an 88 acre family theme park, billed as a countryside adventure park, in the centre of the Isle of Wight, England.

It is located close to the pub "The Hare and Hounds", in Downend near Arreton. It is owned by the Dabell family, the owners of Blackgang Chine, another Isle of Wight amusement area.

As well as a park for family fun, its other attractions include a wide wildlife variety, including the red squirrel which is now rare in England. Robin Hill is one of the easiest places to see this elusive creature. A roman villa is also located within the park.

It is the location for the annual alternative music festival the Bestival.

*Colossus: A swinging galleon boat ride.
*Toboggan Run: A 300 metre twisting and turning course of metal half-pipe, designed as a track for toboggans.
*The Time Machine: A 28 seat motion platform cinema.
*Wooden Maze: A large wooden maze with a centre and bridge.
*Junior Jets Ride: A small ride aimed at younger visitors to the park.
*Tree Top Trail: A trail surrounded by trees close to the cafe.
*Troll Island Bridges: Bridges leading to several islands over a carp filled pond.
*Carp Quay: A large lake with fish food available to buy and feed the fish living there.
*Duckdown Play Village: A small child sized village.
*Run Rabbit: Various large underground rabit tunnels.
*Activity Course: An activity course with various equipment including a zip wire and scramble net.
*Snake and Hillbilly Slides: An area with slides slightely set into the hillside.
*Splash Attack: Includes buttons to press and fire water jets.
*Tot's Play: A special area designated for very young visitors to stay.
*Squirrel Tower: A tall tower in a location around the island's red squirrels.
*African Adventure: New for 2008 includes a £200,000 adventure playground, themed as an African village.
