Pedro

Pedro or the archaic Pêro is the Spanish and Portuguese version of the name "Peter", derived from the word "Petros" (Greek for rock, from "πέτρα" or "Petra", a translation of the Aramaic "Kephas" or "Cephas"), through the Latin "Petrus".
