Mussafah, is an emerging satellite town of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It holds one of the primary industrial areas of Abu Dhabi and locally known as Mussafah Sanaiya. Engineering and steel industries are the major thrust areas. Mussafah Shabiya is a fast growing residential area with apartments and villas.[1]
Mussafah is the site for the "Industrial City of Abu Dhabi", a special economic zone. There are talks for making the Mussafah port into a big commercial port.[citation needed]
