Piet Wijdekop

Piet Wijdekop

Pieter "Piet" Wijdekop (September 13, 1912 – September 1, 1982) was a Dutch canoer who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.

In 1936 he won the bronze medal in the folding K-2 10000 metre competition with his partner Cees Wijdekop.

He was born in Amsterdam and died in Heemskerk.

He was the older brother of Cees Wijdekop.
