Pershing Township covers an area of 30.85 square miles (79.91 square kilometers); of this, 0.07 square miles (0.18 square kilometers) or 0.23 percent is water. Lakes in this township include Beck Pond, Buckskin Pond, Fox Pond and Scholl Pond. The streams of Cross Branch and Runt Run run through this township.
