Tow Hill is a large isolated volcanic hill located Unit km|21|0 east of Masset on the north end of the Naikoon Peninsula of northeast Graham Island in the Queen Charlotte Islands, British Columbia, Canada. It is associated with the Queen Charlotte Mountains which in turn form part of the Insular Mountains, [ [http://www.bivouac.com/MtnPg.asp?MtnId=14734 Tow Hill] in the Canadian Mountain Encyclopedia] although it is not physically part of the range, and is separated from mountainous parts of Graham Island by expanses of forested flatland-marsh.

Tow Hill lies in Naikoon Provincial Park and is geologically a large Pliocene volcanic plug which solidified about 2 million years ago into faceted columnar-jointed basalt columns.
