Lukhmi is a typical mince savoury or starter of the cuisine of Hyderabad,
India . The word comes from "loqma" or morsel. The snack's authentic preparation includes stuffing with mutton-mincekheema . Its a royal non-veg derivated ofsamosa , also like a flat squarepatty , but differing in stuffing.Ingredients
Mince meat (Kheema),
flour and yogurt.Preparation
Prepare the dough in yogurt, mixing it thoroughly until it becomes very smooth, and after that minced meat is stuffed.
Kheemey ki Lukhmi, as it is called, is still served as a starter in the authentic Hyderabadi course of meal at weddings, parties, etc.
