"Get Out and Get Under" is a 1920 silent comedy film starring Harold Lloyd with Mildred Davis and directed by Hal Roach.

The car appears to be a 1920 Ford Model T Runabout. The title may be a reference to the 1913 song "He'd Have to Get Under — Get Out and Get Under (to Fix Up His Automobile) which is used in the movie.
