Crestwood High School or CHS is a public four-year high school in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. It was founded in 1964 and is located on Beech Daly Road between Ford Road and Cherry Hill Road.

CHS is a member of the Western Wayne Athletic Conference. The Chargers have a strong tradition in athletics. Their primary rival is Annapolis High School. In addition, all of the parents and students are very proud of Crestwood's Athletes.

  • Pete Stoyanovich, an American football placekicker who played with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Rams in the NFL.
  • Gary Wayne, a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher who was a member of the inaugural 1993 Colorado Rockies team.
  • Chris Tamer, an NHL hockey player with the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1993-1998 and the Atlanta Thrashers from 1999-2004.
