"Things" was a single written by Neil Finn and recorded by Split Enz in between albums. The single was released only in Australia and New Zealand. [ [http://rateyourmusic.com/release/single/split_enz/things___semi_detached/] ] It was not a commercial success, failing to chart in either country. [Mike Chunn, [http://www.book.russells.id.au/ Stranger Than Fiction: The Life and Times of Split Enz] , GP Publications, 1992. ISBN 1-86956-050-7]
