(Robert) Paul Robert Elliott (born 19 December 1931) is an Australian politician.
Elliott was born in Ballina, New South Wales and earned a Bachelor of Arts and a MLitt at the University of New England. He worked as a lecturer at the University of Western Sydney, a public servant and an electoral officer to John Brown. He was elected as an alderman on Parramatta City Council in 1977 and was mayor from 1984 to 1986.[cite web]

Following the retirement of John Brown, Elliott was elected as the Australian Labor Party member for division of Parramatta in the Australian House of Representatives at the 1990 election. He was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer in the Keating government in December 1993. In June 1994, he became Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Communications and the Arts and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Tourism as well. He was defeated at the 1996 election.
