- Prophethood (Ahmadiyya)
In Ahmadiyya Islam two different views of Prophethood, and its finality, are held. The larger
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community holds that prophets subordinate toMuhammad can appear even after his death, but they may not bring any new law, as this has been completed and perfected with the appearance of Muhammad. They believe thatMirza Ghulam Ahmad was a prophet and Messiah in this sense. Though no prophet has appeared between Muhammad and Ghulam Ahmad.
