Christopher Lucas (born December 6, 1968) commonly known as Chris Lucas, is a veteran actor. He voiced Grand Theft Auto: Vice Cities Congressman Alex Shrub as well as other assorted characters in the Grand Theft Auto series and many local and national commercials and TV shows, including MTV's Celebrity Deathmatch. He made his soap opera debut on "As The World Turns" as Oscar Phelps in 2002, and currently makes occasional appearances on ABC's "One Life To Live."
Chris was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to legendary New York Yankees broadcaster, Ed Lucas. He began his career as a professional actor at the age of 14 in the Sherlock Holmes/Charlton Heston play, Cruficer of Blood while still attending Saint Aloysius High School in Jersey City. He performed in many shows at New Jersey City University before moving full time into acting. Among his other TV and film credits are featured roles on Spin City and the Sidney Lumet film "Strip Search."
In recent years, he has written and developed a one person show about Walt Disney entitled "Of Mouse and Man" which he performs at universities, libraries and civic centers across the country.
In addition to his work as an actor, Chris is a licensed New York City Tour Guide and brings groups around the city when he is available to do it. He helped to create the popular "NJ Sopranos Tour" in 2000.[1]
He has a wife named Candyce and two young sons. They were married on October 3, 1998 and live in suburban New Jersey. He is the Godson of Yankee Hall of Famer, Phil Rizzuto.
