Robert Oulds

Robert Oulds is a British Conservative politician and is Director of the Bruges Group.

Oulds is a local councillor in Chiswick in the London Borough of Hounslow. He has worked for an interior design magazine and as a freelance broadcast football journalist.

In 2006 Robert Oulds was elected Chairman of Slough Conservative Association. Prior to this in January 2005 he was removed as the Parliamentary Candidate for the same constituency after false allegations appeared in a newspaper regarding firearms, following a photo of Oulds surrounded by firearms. He successfully sued, amongst other newspapers, "The Sun" and the "Financial Times" winning both damages and apologies.
