Controversy

Founder Raymond Termini, who is CEO of Haven Healthcare, was under investigation by the State of Connecticut. It is alleged that patients in Haven Healthcare facilities suffered hardships such as lack of heat and lack of care as a result of mismanagement by Haven Healthcare not paying their creditors. It is further alleged that Termini misappropriated corporate funds to fund Category 5 and to purchase a lakehouse.
