Career
Sánchez came through the ranks of Nueva Chicago, where he made his debut in the Argentine Primera División during the 2003–04 season. After Nueva Chicago was relegated that season, Sánchez was able to breake through the first team during two seasons in the Primera B Nacional, before returning with the club to the Primera for the 2006–07 season.
After a season which again saw Nueva Chicago relegated, Sánchez moved to giants River Plate for the start of the 2007–08 season. In 2010, he moved to Godoy Cruz.
