John L. Williams (born November 23, 1964 in Palatka, Florida) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1st round (15th overall) of the 1986 NFL Draft. A 5'11", 228-lb. fullback from the University of Florida, Williams played in 10 NFL seasons from 1986 to 1995. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1990 and 1991. Williams played his final NFL game in Super Bowl XXX in which the Steelers lost to the Dallas Cowboys.
